The role

Disciplined delivery, in proportion to the engagement

You're accountable for managing client engagements day to day. You'll apply a consistent approach across the engagement lifecycle, scaled to the size and risk of the work, and protect delivery quality while keeping room for collaboration, adaptability and client value.

You own the integrated management and control of delivery. Engagement acceptance, contractual commitments, executive client relationships and final commercial decisions stay with the Engagement Lead. Technical design authority stays with the technical or solution lead. Your job is to bring these together through clear planning, governance, coordination and escalation.

  • Build integrated plans that connect milestones, work packages, resources, finances, risks, quality activities and decision points.
  • Keep governance transparent and reporting evidence-based, and escalate issues timeously.
  • Actively manage quality, risk, issues, change, stakeholders, suppliers and benefits throughout delivery.
  • Use approved delivery tools and repositories to keep one reliable source of truth.
  • Build high-performing, inclusive teams through clear accountability, constructive challenge, coaching and continuous learning.

  • Escalate material delivery, commercial, quality or client matters through agreed channels.
DScope, requirements & change controlProtect the agreed scope and run a controlled change process.
  • Protect the agreed scope and keep deliverables traceable to approved outcomes and requirements.
  • Run a controlled change process that assesses impact on scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, risk and benefits before approval.
  • Keep unapproved work out of the plan and maintain an auditable change history.
  • Coordinate deliverable reviews, acceptance criteria, client approvals and formal sign-off.
EFinancial & commercial managementTrack budget, effort and forecasts, and explain the variances.
  • Support engagement budgeting, resource forecasting, effort tracking, billing readiness and financial reporting.
